"Success for me is whether you can create something you're really proud of.…"
Are you proud of what you’re doing?
Proud of the results you’re getting?
Do you want to do better?
Do you NEED to do better?
Do you want better?
There is a world of difference between the very best and the 'also rans', the people who have a great life and those who settle for ordinary. We don't accept ordinary results and neither do you.
The very best have 'something' to help them get the results they seek. They recognise and are honest with themselves about what's of real value to them. And they know how to create significant value for others too.
It's what enables them to attract the kind of success the rest can only dream of.
Using our unique T9R process we help people to rediscover their enthusiasm, temper their excitement or fear, analyse what’s working and what’s not, and create better results that elevate the enjoyment of what they’re doing to new even higher levels. Or, to put it another way: More Value creates More Wealth and generates More Fun!
And wealth isn’t all about money; it’s about having the capacity to bring the good stuff into your life whilst giving you the means to deal with the not so good stuff.
The T9R process is a synthesis of economics, behavioural science, process design and a myriad of other disciplines but more importantly to you, it’s being used in the real world by smart people to get extraordinary results.
So let’s look at a few examples…
If market forces hit you hard, could you adapt, survive and thrive?:
The first is a woman who’d built a successful business from scratch over 25 years yet had to change direction to survive when the bottom suddenly fell out of the market.
Her beloved top of the range Mercedes had been sold; eating out and going to the theatre were just memories. Employees were disaffected, morale was low and she was losing confidence in her own abilities to successfully ride out the storm. Her biggest challenge was could she do it, did she want to? Did she have the ‘stomach’ to go through all this again and make a go of it?
We uncovered three main issues that had to be dealt with in the short term. Once they were suitably addressed, yes, she could.
She regained her confidence, and her enthusiasm for business. She won new contracts; inspired her staff to greater levels of performance and put into place an exit strategy which provided her with a richly deserved more-than-comfortable retirement.
What would you do if the spark went out of your life?:
Our next example is a male CEO in the prime of his life who to the outside world appeared to have a lot going for him, after all he had taken over a business some years previously and grown it successfully to provide a good living for him and employment for 30 people. But he’d unexpectedly hit a ‘brick wall’:
It wasn’t just the economic downturn that was affecting him. He’d lost interest in the business and his love of life in general and wanted it back. He knew he needed to make changes yet didn’t know where to start.
After working through the T9R process the positive results tumbled in on all fronts. A leaner, more productive and happier team worked together winning new contracts and business that they were nurturing and growing.
That meant that he, in turn had more time and energy to concentrate on his young and growing family.
How would you cope if you found you had to totally reassess your priorities?:
Next is a lady who’d already had three BIG issues in health, relationships and business that had forced her to completely re-evaluate her priorities and implement huge changes all round.
She’d sold her stake in the £multi-million company she’d helped to build, and had committed to a new path, training to be an Executive Coach. She did this with her typical thoroughness yet discovered that getting clients was an ongoing uphill struggle and, by now she actually needed the income.
Several issues were combining to hamper this client’s future aims. Achieving a ‘work/health/ life balance’ was essential yet she hadn’t really thought through what this meant in practical terms.
Identifying and addressing her current key priorities enabled her to start earning good money within weeks - and without her working crazy hours or getting stressed out…
And since then she’s gone from strength to strength.
How do you know when a move may be "out of the frying pan into the fire"?:
We’ll take a guy who took redundancy from project design and management in the financial sector next. He decided to change to a “better lifestyle” and earn his living using his skills as a Master NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Yet he struggled for six months to make a living and what little money he had left was fast running out.
He hadn't realised how much of his time, effort and energy would need to be spent on finding and replacing clients. He didn't like the idea that every time he went out he felt he had to network looking for customers to sign up; that there never seemed to be any 'time off' to relax and just be with people he liked hanging out with.
When we compared his current situation with the up and down sides of being an employee of a big company he realized that, on balance for him, being an employee was a much better option.
He could now work out what would be the ideal solution for him. He had the renewed confidence to secure a niche long term contract back in the corporate world, where big company politics don't touch him, and the combination of his 'hard' and 'soft' skills are equally valued.
He's earning more money than as an employee, on his terms, he has his social life back and he's thriving!
