Andy Ferguson

Andy Ferguson

Andy Ferguson believes life is for living - no excuses, and so he "wrote the book" to help others find their way. His publishers hailed it as their most original work in years and named it "The Nine Rules, The Seduction of Rest and How to Avoid It".

Andy Ferguson

Andy is a proud graduate of The University of Life and has been a Professional Musician, Expedition Leader, Business Mentor, Filing Clerk, Tour Guide, Ski Instructor, Sales Rep, Dishwasher, Waiter, Cleaner and at least a couple of dozen more.

He has designed and fabricated electronic circuits, taught management skills, reinvented the way Skiing is taught, led teams to ski in the Sahara Desert, expeditions in Africa and Asia and ran around the Alps to raise money for charities.

"Andy is inspirational. Sharing life experiences together you quickly realise his positive attitude. Seeing challenges as opportunities, he demonstrates that in the face of adversity we all have choices, though some may be difficult. No matter our background, upbringing, conditioning nor the labels that may be attached to us: it’s what we believe possible that really matters. Andy loves life and he uses all his knowledge and experience to share his passion with others."

Pat Elliot, Chief Executive, Thetes Group

He has trained 15,000 people and, as a speaker and author, has influenced thousands more Leaders, Coaches and Managers around the world.

He has been described as an incredibly original thinker yet the secret to that success lies with his ability to connect you to people at many levels and to find great collaborators in many different fields in places as far apart as Kampala, Melbourne, Atlanta, Toronto and Stoke on Trent.

People are always the answer and Andy knows how to get the best for them.

Linda Mattacks

Linda Mattacks

Being elected May Queen at age nine at her junior school was a pleasant shock to the system. An unwanted 3-year stint in another country as a rebellious teenager was decidedly not. There’s been a roller coaster mix of high and low points with the odd period of calm in between ever since!

Her advice: Get your head way up in the sky; feet firmly planted on the ground. Clarify what you want, weigh up what investment it will demand of you in time, effort, emotion and money and the effect that will have on those you care about. If it’s worth it go for it; if it’s not focus on something that is.

Linda has been described as listening, understanding, checking and remembering incredibly well, and using that ability to get you to focus your actions to maximum effect.

"Linda Mattacks is one of those rare professionals who combine deep strategy-awareness with a thoroughly practical approach. She is as much a hard-nosed results seeker as she is an intuitive people person who understands what makes all of us tick… Her mature and human manner have won her business partners', colleagues' and clients’ complete trust, which has opened the door to many new opportunities for all involved."

Jaakko Alanko - MD McCann-Erickson, Business Division
